Return window

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
